Sóller and its famous Port of Sóller is a village of enterprising and hospitable people.

Sóller and its port offer the visitor a unique experience.


The famous Sóller railway has been doing his route from the city of Palma to Sóller since 1912.

One year later, in 1913, it has also run another route in the tram from Sóller to the Port of Sóller.

The project was ordered to the Majorcan engineer Pedro Garau.
Originally, the railway was created to transport people but then it also started to be used to transport merchandise like fresh fish from the Port of Sóller or carbon of the old military base in Port of Sóller.

The village of Sóller is a beautiful place located on the North East coast of Mallorca. This town is surrounded by the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana, awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO, a place full of nature, gastronomy and peace.

Sóller is known for its orchards of oranges and its olive-trees.
Furthermore, the town is a good place for hiking and water sport lovers.
The Port, located a few kilometers from Sóller, is an attractive holiday resort in which you will enjoy the pedestrian seafront, the shopping area and its restaurants.
The most suggested visits are the Parish of Sant Ramon, the Santa Catalina quarter and La Torre Picada.

The Sóller railway gives to its passengers the experience of visit all these villages, whom will enjoy of the unforgettable views during the journey. Nowadays, this ráilway is one of the most famous attraction of Sóller.


Bunyola is another lovely town near the Serra d’Alfàbia and located in the south of Sóller.
In this village you can visit two famous mansions: Alfàbia and Raixa, of Islamic origin.
In Bunyola you can enjoy of a relaxed walk to see the Sant Mateu church and «Sa PlaÇa».
